Sites are now sought for development, either with or without planning consents. DGL is currently involved in projects with a gross development value in excess of £100 million in Southampton, Maidstone and other centres in the South East. Our preference is for Commercial or Mixed use schemes in urban or peri-urban areas, South of the M4 corridor.
We employ a small team of principal consultants with prize-winning architects, cost consultants and project managers providing the core disciplines for our operation. We work with several well-known engineering consultancies and other advisors, as required.
Our recent projects range from a mixed use development comprising 20,000m2 of Offices, subsequently let to Legal and General, and 65 apartments in Brighton and Hove, to the reworking of a residential planning consent and pre-construction work on a 10 hectare, ex-MoD site in the South West. DGL’s principal shareholder’s past projects include office and industrial development in Southern Africa and investment and development projects in the UK, France and Holland.
